Gill Thornton is a linocut artist living and working in Garboldisham, a small village on the Norfolk/Suffolk borders. Her prints are mostly inspired by the landscapes of East Anglia and other places she has visited. Many of her prints feature local wildlife, especially on the local fens. Gill particularly enjoys creating multi-coloured prints, using the reduction process, her favourite technique.
